Scones and Muffins

This morning I wanted to practice for my Practical Exam that I have tomorrow. So I decided to make Blueberry Muffins and Pineapple Coconut Scones.

These are my scones before baking. I used Whole Wheat Flour that's why they are so dark. I mixed in the coconut and filled it with crushed pineapple. 


Here they are baked. I topped them with a Flat Icing. (Powdered Sugar and Milk)


Here are my Blueberry Muffins topped with a Streusel


Wish me luck tomorrow everyone! I want closer to 50 points this time!
